Check your passport
You are highly recommended to travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months following their plans departure BUT I always recommend to the valid at least 1 year and having at least 06 blank pages for immigration stamps upon arrival in and departure.
Vietnam Visa
Regarding Vietnam visa, there are several ways that we can get it organized, please see the below options and let me know which one you’d prefer.
Option 1: Visa in advance
You can go directly to the Embassy/Consulate in your country and work some papers, the fee is paid directly to them as well.
Option 2: Visa on arrival
We will apply for the visas at the Immigration Office in Hanoi on your behalf based on the information you sent us (full name, passport details, and date of birth). For this, I will send the approval document directly to you by the scanned attached file. All you have to do is print this letter out and bring one copy with you.
Upon your arrival at the airport, the approval document will be sufficient proof of your visa status. Please ensure that you pick up the visa form near the custom checkpoints and fill in the details before you queue for immigration. You’ll need a color passport photo and the fee for the visa stamp ($25 per person to pay directly to the Immigration Clerk).

Option 3: Do the loose leaf Visa with E-visa
We can assist you to obtain Vietnam visa online but need to send us your passport copies and passport size pictures. It costs 30.00USD/person. We will send your E-visa after 5-working day. All you have to do is print this out and bring this with you to show the Immigration Clerk at the airport. Don’t need to fill up any form or just queue and go through.

Your Itinerary
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh Arrival – Saigon Snowtown (D)
After Ho Chi Minh City arrival at Tan Son Nhat International airport, your family will meet our guide and driver who takes you to the hotel for check-in and relax. The rest of the day is your family’s leisure time to explore the heart of southern Vietnam. One suggestion for your family’s itinerary is Saigon Snowtown – the wonderful place to escape from the heat of tropical weather in Ho Chi Minh City. Your children will get the chances the real games with snow such as skiing, sledding, shooting game, handmade workshop, and Artificial Realities 9D. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 2: Dai Nam Wonderland – Starlight Bridge (B, L)
After breakfast, your family will be transferred to Dai Nam Wonderland for your free time exploring one of the largest tourist zones of Southeast Asia. It owns a colossal wall, a great temple, a huge artificial mountain, a prodigious artificial sea, and the first open-zoo in Vietnam.
Afterward, your family will travel to the romantic and poetic Starlight Bridge situated in the heart of the international commercial and financial district of Phu My Hung. It has been one of the most modern and beautiful pedestrian bridges in Vietnam. Each night, the bridge squirts out the water mixed with the colorful lights, which is a breathtaking view. Then return to the hotel for an overnight in Saigon.
Day 3: Cu Chi Tunnels – Sai Gon Skydeck – Artinus 3D Art Museum (B, L)
After breakfast, depart to Cu Chi Tunnels, which is 50km far from the city center for a half-day visit. An immense network of connecting underground tunnels was built as the place of Vietnamese military campaigns during the Vietnam War.
Firstly, your family will watch a short introduction video about Cu Chi tunnels and its brief information. Then, take your children to discover every corner of the tunnels to understand how underground life used to happen. Later, parents can go to the shooting range for the experience firing the real bullets while your kids can enjoy some cassava and visit the souvenir shops. Get back to Saigon at noon time for lunch.
In the afternoon, your family will have an impressive panoramic view of the city by visiting the Saigon Skydeck and miraculous photos at Artinus 3D Art Museum. Overnight in Saigon
Day 4: Monkey Island – Fly to Hanoi (B, L)
This morning, your family will be picked up at the hotel and transferred to Can Gio for a visit to Can Gio Mangrove Biosphere Reserve. Your children will have the chance to interact with water crocodile, wild cat, otter, python, deer, fox and especially more than 700 playful wild monkeys. Then sit on a canoe to explore the Mangrove Forest Ecosystem and Rung Sac Guerilla Base. Enjoy lunch at Carrot Restaurant before visiting Ong Thuy Tuong Royal Tomb. Get back to Ho Chi Minh City for a flight to Hanoi. After check-in at the hotel in Hanoi, the rest of the day is your family’s leisure time.
Day 5: Time City – Lotte Observation Deck – Thang Long Water Puppet Show (B, L)
After breakfast, move to Time city, the modern complex of entertainment and shopping in Hanoi. Reach the Lotte Observation Deck to get the panoramic view of Hanoi. Be free and easy on your own until lunchtime.
In the afternoon, join in the cyclo tour discovering Hanoi Old Quarter of 36 iconic streets. Here you can enjoy the mouthwatering street foods such as grilled fish, rice steamed rolls, or Trang Tien ice cream. In the evening, transfer to Thang Long Theater to enjoy the traditional water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 6: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)
At about 8.00 am, your family will be picked up at the hotel’s lobby to travel to Halong Bay. At noon, check-in abroad with Welcome Cocktail from crew member while the boat cruising forward to Bai Tu Long Bay.
After lunch, visit Vung Vieng fishing village to learn about the living of fishermen and working of locals at Pearl Village. Before sunset, spend time kayaking to explore the magnificent limestone mountain at the Bay. Get back to the cruise to enjoy the charming sunset with drinks. Then participate in the cooking class on the sundeck with the Deep Fried Spring rolls, one of the unique flavor of Vietnamese food.
After dinner, feel free to relax on the boat, join Squid fishing at the area of Reception deck or singing karaoke on the sundeck.
Day 7: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Begin your second day at Halong Bay by a Taichi lesson on sundeck then enjoy the breakfast served in the dining room. Next, discover Thien Canh Son cave located on top of mountain, contain the long history of geological value and natural beauty. Recommend you bring a camera and wear sport shoes for hiking.
Afterward, return to the boat for check-out and transfer back to the harbor. Get in the vehicle heading to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 8: Thu Le Zoo – Hanoi Departure (B)
After breakfast, spend the last morning visiting Thu Le zoo, the famous tourist destination in Hanoi. Then transfer to the airport for the flight back home. 8-day Vietnam family tour ends.
