Your Itinerary

There are 2 classes in a day at 08:30 to 12:00 & at 14:00 – 18:00. We are picked up in the lobby of the hotel then transfer to “Mai” home – The Saigon Culinary Art Center for our cooking class. During some hours, we discover the culture of Vietnamese culinary art. With our Grand Chefs, participants will entertain a “Hands-on” cooking of Vietnamese traditional dishes.
