About Swan Cruise
Indulge yourself in a spectacular Swan Cruise to experience Ha Long Bay at its best. The 3-star vessel offers 8-12 beautiful sea-view cabins including 5 twin, one triple, and two family connecting door, equipped with comfortable bedding, air-conditioner, and private bath. All the cabins are inspired by traditional culture and local materials such as bamboo. In addition, bar and dining rooms’ design offers a comfortable and romantic setting, with large windows allowing you to take the best sceneries of the bay while enjoying Vietnamese cuisine.
The cruise sails you to one of the most beautiful sightseeing places in Ha Long Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay where you can enjoy kayaking and swimming under emerald water in Cap La Island. Moving to Thien Canh Son cave is another worthy experience to discover the bay’s history and admire the stunning seascape. Another highlight of this cruise trip is an exclusive route to Doan Xa village where you will be offered a bike trip, learn about rice cultivation technique, and know more about the locals.

Your Itinerary
2D1N Itinerary:
Day 1: HON GAI HARBOR – BAI TU LONG BAY – CONG DO – CAP LA ISLAND – TRA SAN
Morning
In the morning, you will be collected from your hotel, heading to Ha Long Bay in the Northeast of Vietnam by our Swan shuttle bus.
Afternoon
Arrive at Swan office then we will transfer you to Swan Cruise by a tender. As soon as you board, enjoying welcomed drink while listening to our cruise briefing about safety onboard and activities prior to check-in procedures. Next, you are offered a delicious Vietnamese set menu while we head towards the core of Bai Tu Long Bay. Your first destination is Cap La Island, one of the most stunning areas in Bai Tu Long Bay. It is best to enjoy kayaking through karst and beautiful nature, swimming and relaxing. In the late afternoon, you will enjoy a Sunset party on boat while our cruise sails back to the overnight anchorage.
Evening
A hearty set-menu dinner awaits you onboard. After that, you are free to enjoy games or try your luck with squid fishing. Your day ends with a comfortable sleep on our Swan Cruise.
Day 2: TRA SAN – THIEN CANH SON CAVE – HON GAI HARBOR
Morning Start your day early to attend our Tai Chi session on the Sundeck. Next comes a wonderful breakfast which offers you dishes in both Western and Vietnamese traditional styles. We will then transfer to well-hidden Thien Canh Son cave where you are explained about the history of Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay and this cave. After that, return to the boat, you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please remove all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (staff will transfer directly to the pier). Late morning, a Cooking demonstration is held teaching you how to cook Vietnamese traditional dishes on boat. You will enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch before disembarking in Hon Gai pier. The trip will end with a farewell party then you will be transferred back to Hanoi.

Day 2: THIEN CANH SON CAVE – VUNG VIENG ISLAND – VUNG HA – CAP LA
Morning Early-birds are welcomed to attend our Tai Chi session on the Sundeck. You will be then served a wonderful breakfast offering you dishes in both Western and Vietnamese traditional styles. We will then transfer to well-hidden Thien Canh Son cave where you are explained about the history of Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay and this cave. Next, enjoy stunning view of several floating hamlets including Cap La and Vung Ha on the way to pristine Bai Tu Long Geology Park. It is best to do kayaking and swimming under the crystal clear sandy beaches.Afternoon Return to the boat for a delicious lunch. After that, the whole afternoon is for relaxing, kayaking, visiting the cave, and swimming. In the late afternoon, a sunset party awaits you as soon as you return the boat. Evening Enjoy a hearty dinner onboard and take part in evening activities including playing games, squid fishing.
Day 3: CAP LA ISLAND – BAI TU LONG BAY – HON GAI HARBOR
Morning Start your day early to attend our Tai Chi session on the Sundeck. Next comes a wonderful breakfast which offers you dishes in both Western and Vietnamese traditional styles. You will then finish packing and check-out the cabin before joining in our traditional Cooking demonstration. Afternoon Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese brunch before disembarking in Hon Gai pier. The trip ends with a farewell party in Ha Long Bay and then you will be transferred back to Hanoi.
Payment & Cancellation
Cruise Policy:
Bus pick-up time: 7:45 AM – 8:30 AM
Return Hanoi by bus: 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Shuttle bus pick-up & drop-off point: Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
Check-in: 12:00 AM – 12:30 AM
Check-out: 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
Booking Policy:
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking
