Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Titov Island – Luon Cave

07:45 – 08:30 — Your Cozy Bay Grand guide picks you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House (Hanoi-departure guests only).
08:45 — Depart for Ha Long Bay via the expressway, with a short 20–30 minute break en route.
11:45 – 12:00 — Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and check in at the Cozy Bay Grand Cruise Lounge.
12:30 — Welcome aboard: welcome drink, cruise briefing, cabin check-in.
13:00 — Buffet lunch while cruising past the limestone landscapes.
14:30 — Titov Island: hike to the summit for panoramic views, or relax on the beach.
16:00 — Luon Cave by bamboo boat or kayak.
17:30 – 18:30 — Sundeck sunset, Happy Hour (buy 2 drinks, get 1 free).
18:00 — Sunset Party & Cooking Class — learn to make Vietnamese fresh spring rolls with wine and fresh fruit, then taste what you made.
19:00 — Dinner at the restaurant.
20:30 onward — Sundeck night views, the “Heritage Footsteps” cultural show, night squid fishing, karaoke, and board games (complimentary); massage or Sky Bar drinks available at extra cost. Music stops at 22:30 to keep the cruise quiet overnight.

Day 2: Halong Bay – Sung Sot Cave – Kayaking – Hanoi

06:00 — Sunrise over Ha Long Bay.
06:15 — Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
06:45 — Morning tea/coffee and a light buffet breakfast.
07:40 — Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave), the largest cave in Halong Bay.

09:00 – 09:30 — Return to the cruise, freshen up, and check out (leave luggage and key at reception; staff transfer your bags to the waiting area).
10:30 — Early buffet lunch while sailing back to harbor.
11:45 — Disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor.
12:15 – 16:00 — Transfer back to Hanoi via expressway, with a short stop en route (Hanoi-departure guests only).

Three cabin tiers, all with full air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. Pricing is per person and depends on your departure point and how many people share the cabin — see the pricing table below.

Deluxe Seaview — 1st Floor

Room variants: Deluxe Double, Deluxe Twin, or Deluxe Triple — the only tier that offers a 3-person triple share.

Deluxe Private Balcony — 2nd Floor

Room variants: Deluxe Double – Balcony, Deluxe Twin – Balcony, or Honeymoon – Balcony (same price, different room styling).

Premium Terrace — 2nd Floor

Room variant: Premium Double or Twin – Terrace, our largest private outdoor space.

Pricing (per person, USD)

“From Hanoi” includes round-trip shuttle bus transfer to/from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel. “From Halong Bay” is for guests who make their own way to Tuan Chau Harbor.

Meals & Dietary Options

All rates include the buffet/dinner service above. Standard, vegetarian, and Halal menus are all available — just let us know when you book. Our Ninh Binh restaurant branch holds an official OIC/SMIIC Halal certificate; the Halal menu offered onboard Cozy Bay Grand follows the same kitchen standards.

An onboard spa is available for treatments booked separately (not included in the cruise rate).

Children’s Policy

• Ages 0–4: free of charge, sharing a bed with parents (1 free child per booking; a second child in this age range is charged 50% of the adult rate)
• Ages 5–8: 75% of the adult rate, sharing a bed with parents
• Ages 9 and above: charged at the full adult rate

Holiday Surcharges

A per-person surcharge applies on the following dates, in addition to the room rate above:

• December 24 & December 31: +400,000 VND/person
• Lunar New Year (Lunar Dec 30 – Lunar Jan 1–3): +300,000 VND/person
• April 30, May 1, and September 2: +200,000 VND/person

Group Discount

Groups of 3 or more guests receive one free airport transfer — either pickup from Noi Bai Airport to your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel, or drop-off from your hotel back to the airport.

What’s the difference between the three cabin tiers?

Deluxe Seaview (1st floor) is our entry tier and the only one that offers a 3-person triple share. Deluxe Private Balcony and Premium Terrace are both on the 2nd floor with outdoor space of their own — Premium Terrace has the largest.

Is there a price difference between departing from Hanoi and Halong Bay?

Yes. Departing from Hanoi costs $9–15 more per person depending on the cabin, since it includes round-trip shuttle bus transfer. If you’re already in Halong Bay, departing from Tuan Chau Harbor directly is cheaper.

Can I get a single cabin without sharing?

Yes, all 3 cabin tiers offer single occupancy at the single-rate price shown in the table above.

Is Halal food available onboard?

Yes. Let us know when you book and we’ll prepare the Halal menu, following the same kitchen standards as our Halal-certified Ninh Binh restaurant branch.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations more than 10 days before departure are free. Inside 10 days, a percentage of the total booking value is charged — see the Cancellation Policy table above for the exact schedule.
